Driver gets lost on shopping trip

A DRIVER got lost as he went on an early morning shopping trip - ending up 300 miles from where he started.

Australian Eric Steward, 81, admitted he didn't stop as he "liked to drive".

Eric took a wrong turn on the highway and had to ask police for assistance over eight hours later.
