Scotland facing real cuts - Moore

Scottish Secretary Michael Moore has warned that the "brutal" state of the public finances in the UK will mean real cuts for Scotland as he addressed MSPs.

He made the inaugural appearance of any Secretary of State at Holyrood and warned: "It's going to be tough."

The Liberal Democrat MP faced a grilling on a range of issues, including new tax-raising powers for Holyrood and relations between the UK and Scottish governments.
