MPs to question devolution report

MPs will question the leading architect of a major report into the future of devolution in Scotland.

Sir Kenneth Calman will appear before the Commons' Scottish Affairs Committee in Glasgow, just weeks after his report set out proposals for increased powers at Holyrood.

The Commission on Scottish Devolution - which was set up by Unionist political parties - called for greater powers over income tax to make the Scottish Government more accountable.
