A Nationalist MSP has called for a document once carried by William Wallace to be returned from London.
The letter, known as the Safe Conduct, was written by the King of France and was in Wallace's possession when English forces captured him in Robroyston in 1305.
South Scotland MSP Christine Grahame said it should be put on permanent display in the National Museum of Scotland in Edinburgh and wants the Scottish Government to lobby for this.
