Lorry driver jailed over cocaine

A lorry driver who brought £4 million of cocaine into Scotland has been jailed for five years and four months.

Cameron McFarlane, 48, was caught with a large quantity of cocaine in his truck on the M80 motorway near Falkirk in central Scotland.

McFarlane earlier pleaded guilty to being involved in the supply of a controlled substance and was sentenced at the High Court in Paisley.
