£1m boost for dementia treatment

Treatment and early diagnosis of dementia could be improved through a £1 million investment by the Scottish Government.

The money will go towards a new Dementia Clinical Research Network, bringing together leading academics and clinicians.

The network is intended to translate scientific discoveries into safe and effective treatments.
