THESE proud parents received the best possible gift on Christmas Day – the arrival of bouncing new babies.

Proud Airdrie mum Laura Joyce (above) is pictured with newborn daughter Olivia Anne.

The tot was born at 10.28am and weighed in at 7lb 9oz.

Her arrival at Wishaw General Hospital came just one minute after that of another Monklands baby.

Dad David McDonald, from Clarkston, is pictured cradling new son Kyle, who topped the scales at 9lb when he was born at 10.27am.
