Student mag gets backing from Superbad actor

A HOLLYWOOD movie star has given his backing to a successful student magazine founded by a Coatbridge woman.

Superbad actor Christopher Mintz-Plasse is interviewed in the latest edition of Source, and said: “If I was a Scottish student I’d be reading it every day – it’s one of a kind.”

Publisher Denise Connelly said: “We aim to highlight opportunities that will help pupils make decisions for life, and we’re thrilled that stars like Chris are supporting us.”

The quarterly magazine is distributed at every secondary school, college and university in Scotland, as well as Careers Scotland centres and d2 clothing stores.
