Caldervale High’s appeal helps needy in Eastern Europe

CALDERVALE HIGH in Airdrie held a very successful Shoebox Appeal at Christmas.

Pupils, staff and friends of the school donated gifts and cash to this year’s appeal. Thanks to their generosity, the school has been able to fill 195 boxes with Christmas gifts and raised £230 to help with the transportation of the boxes.

Blythswood Care, a Scottish charity, delivered the shoeboxes to children and adults in need in Eastern Europe.
