ST ANDREW’S High School in Coatbridge have held their S1 Conference, which aims to encourage better movement, learning and behaviour.
Activities on the day involved movement, words and pictures to allow the pupils to focus and create confidence and a greater understanding of their own strengths.
Each group participated in an active learning session, which lasted 50 minutes, and consisted of Body Awareness, Thinking and Doing, Balance and Breathing.
A Lower School conference confidence-building session enabled the youngsters to take part in various tasks, including yes or no exercise in pairs, bingo and an introduction name drain.
