Popular head teacher retires
A RETIREMENT party was held to reward the dedicated service given to Caldervale High by retiring head teacher, Colin Bulloch.
Colin was joined by over 100 friends and staff as they partied the night away at the Tudor Hotel and paid tribute to his term at the school.
Keen Motherwell FC fan Colin received a special football-inspired cake and was delighted as his wife, Laura, and family shared the occasion with him.
Colin spent 10 great years at Caldervale and had an immense passion to see youngsters succeed and fulfil their potential.
He was a great believer in encouraging the secondary pupils of tomorrow and saw working with the primary schools at Chapelhall and Calderbank to enhance the information literary skills of children at P7 level as very important.
