MORE than 10,000 retro revellers relived their youths as the second Retrofest rocked Strathclyde Country Park.
The good old Scottish weather and ensuing mud didn’t dampen spirits as revellers pulled on their wellies and danced their way through sets from 80s icons such as The Bangles and Boy George.
Other crowd pleasers included Kim Wilde and Mysterious Girl crooner Peter Andre on Saturday, whilst Kajagoogoo and Bucks Fizz took to the stage on Sunday.
As well as fantastic live performances, festival goers rolled on their leg warmers and got back to the 80s at the Retro Ritz Cinema, which screened retro classics including Ferris Bueller’s Day Off and the Never Ending Story.
Fans also took a break from the sludge and jumped into the Club Tropicana Beach, which featured 60 tonnes of imported sand, a surf simulator and space-hopper races.
