THOUSANDS of Monklands revellers will this weekend flock to what is arguably one of the best music festivals in Europe.

T in the Park 2008 looks set to be the best yet with performances from the mighty REM, Chemical Brothers, Ian Brown, Kings of Leon, Kaiser Chiefs and many more.
