Monklands Ramblers heading for the Lakes

MONKLANDS Ramblers and Hillwalkers are heading to the Lake District this weekend.
Two walks have been scheduled for the trip south of the border on Saturday, July 5 with Blencathra via Sharp Edge route graded strenuous.
The St John’s in the Vale circular is rated as an easy/moderate walk.
Pick-ups are at 7.30am at Aldi’s car park behind the town hall in Airdrie and 7.45am at the rear of the Time Capsule in Coatbridge.
