BRILLIANT Berwick Rangers savaged sorry Elgin City with Darren Gribben netting a hat-trick in a 6-2 romp at Shielfield. BRILLIANT Berwick Rangers savaged sorry Elgin City with Darren Gribben netting a hat-trick in a 6-2 romp at Shielfield.   The floodgates opened after just four minutes when Chris McLeod struck and it was 5-0 by the start of the second half thanks to Gribben's treble and a Craig O'Reilly goal.   Paul Currie added a sixth before Elgin responded through Craig Gunn's penalty and a late Danny MacLeod strike.   Annan Athletic are two points clear at the top, however, following an impressive 2-0 success at Arbroath. David Cox and Kevin Neilson were on target at Gayfield.   Former Albion Rovers striker Marc McCusker scored his fifth goal of the season for Clyde as they ran out 1-0 winners at Queen's Park.   The 20-year-old fired home an Adam Strachan cross to the delight of the Bully Wee faithful at the National Stadium.   Montrose remain bottom of the heap after a 2-1 loss at East Stirling. Steven Tweed's men had taken the lead when Paul Tosh netted a 25th minute penalty.   But the 'Shire fought back strongly and clinched the points thanks to a Stephen Maguire spot-kick and Jamie Stevenson's well-placed free-kick.Read
