SHAWHEAD FC under-17s are looking for players of good experience for next season.

The club want players of good experience either at boys’ club or professional youth level. Training will resume on Saturday, July 26.

Shawhead are also looking for new players to be part of their under-10 (1999) squad.

The club are also running teams in the following age groups: Under-8s Reds & Whites (2001); under-9s (2000); under-11s (1998); under-12s (1997); under-17s (1992).

l STRATHCLYDE Colts Boys Club 14s are looking for players born in 1995 for the new season.

The club, formally part of Strathclyde Colts Community Club, will be playing in the new Lanarkshire Youth League on Sunday mornings.

The team will be coached by Ercan who is fully-qualified with 10 coaching certificates. All other coaches will have certificates and will be disclosed.

l GLENBOIG Boys’ Club are attempting to strengthen their squad ahead of the new season.

Trials will be held on Monday, June 23 at 7pm.

l NEWLY-FORMED Eastfield Amateur under-19s are looking for talented players in all positions join their squad for the coming season.
