Coaching courses with Well

FOOTBALL-MAD youngsters will once again be able to enjoy coaching courses during the holidays.

Motherwell FC’s community department are offering a series of week-long courses during the summer holidays at the astroturf facility at Fir Park.

The fun courses are open to youngsters aged from three to 16 and will run over the following periods, from Monday to Friday, in each case:

Week 1, June 30 to July 4; Week 2, July 7 to 11; Week 3, July 14 to 18; Week 4, July 21 to 25; Week 5, July 28 to August 1; Week 6, August 4 to 8; and Week 7, August 11 to 15.

The courses will cost £8 for a half-day (from 9.30am to noon or 12.30pm to 3pm), or £15 for a full day (9.30am to 3pm).

Drop-off and registration are from 9am to 9.30am for the morning or full-day sessions, and from noon to 12.30pm for the afternoon sessions.

To help with the cost, there are special offers available.

Anyone booking Week 1 and 2 for the full days will receive a 20 per cent discount on any other week bookings and families with more than one child attending can book in the second sibling for half-price.
