IRN-BRU SECOND DIVISION:
STENHOUSEMUIR 1 ALBION ROVERS 0
A mistake by Albion Rovers keeper Matt McGinley saw Stenny sneak the points in a dull clash at Ochilview on Saturday.
The Cliftonhill custodian fumbled Darren Smith's volley, from a Brown Ferguson cross, over the line in the 53rd minute.
Todd Lumsden's men are now a point adrift at the bottom of the table following Stranraer beat Alloa Athletic 3-2 at Stair Park.
Both Stenny and Rovers finished with ten men. Warriors defender Kevin McKinlay walked in the 80th minute for a second bookable offence.
Rovers' Simon Marriott headed up the tunnel a few minutes before his team-mates after Stephen Finnie gave him his marching orders.
Rovers gaffer Lumsden said: "We should have had at least a point but one error has killed us off. We must start gathering points quickly."
