Goals from David Graham and Martin Hardie earned title-chasing Morton a comfortable victory over Airdrie at Cappielow on Saturday.
The opening goal arrived in the 43rd minute when Graham nodded home his second goal of the season from a David O'Brien lob.
And all three points were wrapped up seven minutes from time with Hardie tapping home after Diamonds keeper Grant Adam came and missed a Michael Tidser free-kick.
Ton remain three points adrift leaders Partick Thistle but are now just a point behind second-placed Dunfermline Athletic. As for Airdrie, their winless run has now been stretched to six games.
